Exxon Mobil Corporation, based in Irving, Texas, is the world's largest publicly traded energy company with operations in nearly 200 countries and territories. Mobil 1

After pioneering the development of fully synthetic oils for jet aircraft engines, Mobil began globally marketing Mobil 1, the world's first genuine fully synthetic automotive engine oil, in 1973. Mobil 1, designed to exceed industry performance specifications, immediately set new standards in lubrication technology and continues to do so today.

Mobil 1 also provides significant performance benefits resulting from its ability to dramatically reduce friction. Cold starting below -30°C and stability at over 180°C demonstrate the product's ability to operate over a wide temperature range. Mobil 1 has been continuously improved since its launch. New Mobil 1 with SuperSyn, launched in 2002, is the best motor oil ever to wear the Mobil 1 name. With the proprietary SuperSyn anti-wear system, new Mobil 1 helps give cars and motorcycles exceptional protection against engine wear, under normal or even the most extreme circumstances. It contributes to cleaner running engines, improved fuel economy (with certain viscosities) and enhanced engine life.

FAQs

Q. I am trying to download a file from the FTP area on the site but do not have a password? How can I download this?
A. All requests for FTP passwords need to come through to Hanna.Silbermann@marketingminds.co.uk before any files can be downloaded.

Q. I have downloaded a file from the ‘downloads' section but I require the movie in a different format. What shall I do?
A. Please send your request through toHanna.Silbermann@marketingminds.co.uk.

Q. How can I order anything?
A. The ordering tab is located in the top right hand corner of the site. You must be a registered user to be able to access this.

Q. How can I become a registered user?
A. In the top right hand corner, click on ‘Register'. Enter your details when prompted for and summit. You will be notified via email within 48 hours if you have been granted access. Please note that only ExxonMobil employees or approved agencies will be granted access.

Q. When do I need to submit my Guest Details?
Guest details must be submitted to Marketing Minds no later than 5 weeks before the Grand Prix event. Tickets will not be distributed until all Guest Details have been received. Guest Details can be submitted in three ways:

Option A:
Download the Excel file and enter in each guests' details. Once Guest Details have been entered upload this file to the Extranet.

Please note each time a user updates and uploads the spreadsheet, details already entered and submitted will be overwritten. Before amending existing or adding additional guest details, please ensure that the latest spreadsheet is downloaded (this will be populated with any details previously entered / submitted), and then upload to the Extranet.

Option B:
Add guest details one by one on the extranet

Option C:
Once an order has been approved and confirmed, the affiliate who placed the order will receive an email containing a link to a blank guest details page. This link may be forwarded to the invited guests' and contains blank fields for the guest to complete them self. Like in Option A & B, the affiliate will be able to amend this data via the Guest Details page, and will be responsible for ensuring each guests' details are accurate and for entering additional information such as which day(s) the guest will be attending etc.

Q. When will I receive my Formula One™ Hospitality Tickets?
A. Tickets can either be sent to the affiliate for them to distribute to their guests' them self or can be placed in each guests' hotel room so that they are waiting for them upon their arrival. Please note, Marketing Minds do not usually receive the Formula One™ Hospitality Tickets until approximately ten days before each Grand Prix.

Q. What is the dress code in the Formula One Paddock Club™?
A. Smart casual attire is the recommended dress code for the Formula One Paddock ClubTM. The organisers have stated that jogging suits or beach wear is not suitable and comfortable shoes are recommended.

Q. What is the dress code for the Saturday night event?
A. Business casual attire is the recommended dress code for Saturday night events. Please note, for gentleman this usually means jacket, no tie.
